Kolkata, on August 28th.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) may hold the Lok Sabha elections in December. She claimed that the BJP has already reserved all the helicopters for their campaigning.
Banerjee, speaking at a rally for TMC youth wing, warned that if the BJP gets a third term, the country will face a rule with too much power and control.
The leader of the state said that some people who were doing illegal things were responsible for the explosions at the firecracker factory. She claimed that a small number of police officers were helping with this.
If BJP wins again for the third time, the country would be ruled by one person with absolute power. I am worried that the BJP might have the Lok Sabha elections in December 2023.
The political party has made our country full of hate between different groups. “If they come back into power, it will turn our country into a place filled with strong dislike,” she said.
The BJP has already reserved all helicopters for their campaign in the Lok Sabha polls, so that no other political party can use them for campaigning, according to Banerjee.
The strong TMC leader said that she had won against the CPI(M) rule in Bengal for thirty years, and now she will win against the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.
West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, criticized ABVP and BJP supporters who shouted violent slogans at Jadavpur University. She declared that she had instructed the police to arrest those responsible for promoting hatred at the university.
“Let me say it in simpler words, those who are chanting such slogans need to remember that we are in Bengal, not Uttar Pradesh,” she said.
