West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said on Monday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) might hold the Lok Sabha elections in December. She claimed that the saffron party has booked all the helicopters for campaigning.
Banerjee, who was talking at a TMC young wing gathering, warned that if the BJP gets a third term, the nation will experience a rule with no freedom.
The leader of the state said that some people who were doing illegal things were responsible for the explosions at the firecracker factory in the state. She claimed that a small number of police officers were helping with this.
“In simple words, if the BJP gets elected for a third time, the country might experience a rule that is controlled by a single person with unlimited power. ” I am worried that the BJP might hold the Lok Sabha elections in December 2023.
“The party that is associated with the color saffron has already caused our country to become divided and hostile among different communities. ” “If they come back into power, it will cause our country to be filled with hatred,” she said.
Banerjee said that the BJP has already reserved all helicopters for their election campaign for the Lok Sabha polls. This means that no other political party can use them for their campaign.
Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader confidently stated that she has successfully ended the Communist Party of India (Marxist) rule in Bengal, and she is determined to also defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee expressed her disapproval towards ABVP and BJP activists who chanted violent slogans at Jadavpur University. She stated that she had instructed the police to apprehend those responsible for spreading hate at the university.
“She said that people who chant those slogans should remember that this is Bengal, not Uttar Pradesh. ”
