Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said however the quantity of every day Covid-19 cases and dynamic cases is expanding in the city, there is no compelling reason to freeze as those are exceptionally gentle and needn’t bother with hospitalization.
He introduced information to show that regardless of an expansion in the quantity of cases, bed inhabitance in emergency clinics is considerably lesser than one percent and is exceptionally low when contrasted with last year’s dangerous second wave of Covid-19 in April.
“Dynamic Covid cases rose from around 2,000 on December 29, 2021 to 6,000 on January 1, yet the quantity of patients in medical clinics plunged during this period. On December 29, 2021 upwards of 262 beds were involved while on January 1 it was 247 just,” Kejriwal said in a virtual question and answer session.

He said that on March 27 last year, Delhi had 6,600 dynamic cases and 1,150 oxygen beds were involved. Upwards of 145 patients were on ventilator contrasted with five now, he said.
Kejriwal said that Covid cases are expanding quickly in Delhi, however there is no compelling reason to freeze.
“Right now, the quantity of dynamic cases in the city is 6,360 and today (Sunday) 3,100 new cases are relied upon to be accounted for. All cases are gentle and in the greater part of them patients needn’t bother with hospitalization,” the CM said. PTI
