
Praveen Kumar, a former Indian cricketer, and his son had a fortunate escape after their car was hit by a tanker, which was allegedly going at a high speed. According to the Circle officer, Arvind Chaurasia, the incident occurred when the two were traveling from Pandav Nagar in their car to Multan Nagar on Baghpat Road at around 10 pm on Tuesday. As they passed by the Commissioner’s residence, the truck coming from the front crashed into their vehicle. The cricketer’s car was badly damaged, but he and his son were unharmed. The truck driver has since been arrested and a case has been filed against him.
