Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday reported a pay of Rs 10 lakh each to the family of the departed and Rs 50,000 to those harmed in the Mundka building fire episode that guaranteed 27 lives.
Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia visited the site of the burst to assess what is going on.
“An authoritative request has been requested into the occurrence. The groups of the departed will be given a remuneration of Rs 10 lakh each, while the harmed will be given Rs 50,000 each,” the central priest said.

He said it was a huge burst and the bodies were scorched so much that it had become hard to distinguish them.
“The Delhi government has conveyed help to distinguish the absent and the departed,” Kejriwal added.
Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain had visited the site on Friday night. PTI
