A court here on Thursday stretched out by four days the Enforcement Directorate (ED) guardianship of Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain in a tax evasion case.
Unique Judge Geetanjli Goel expanded Jain’s authority till June 13 on the ED’s application that looked for his further care for five additional days.
ASG SV Raju, showing up for the office, let the court know that during his prior care, the ED led look at a few spots and that specific implicating material was found, including money and reports, and so on.

He let the court know that the office expected to go up against Jain with specific archives.
Senior backer Kapil Sibal, showing up for Jain, went against the ED’s application, saying the charged was at that point in ED’s guardianship and that there was no ground to additionally expand it.
ED’s Special Public Prosecutor NK Matta had let the court know that the office had captured Jain in the supposed illegal tax avoidance case.
He was arrested under criminal segments of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. PTI
