Khan was suspended from administration after the passing of around 60 babies in the BRD Medical College Hospital because of supposed absence of oxygen.
The AAG, in light of a previous request of the court, advised it that after the request for suspension on August 22, 2017, Khan was connected to the workplace of Director, Medical Education.
Hence, he was independently suspended concerning the different episodes that happened in the workplace.

Taking these entries of the AAG on record, Justice Yashwant Varma guided the state government to welcome on record via a testimony inside about fourteen days seeing the other suspension request just as other vital realities to the extent that the test to prior request of suspension dated August 22, 2017.
The court fixed August 31 as the following date of hearing.
