
Mumbai, August 28: Sushma Anand, the wife of filmmaker Vijay Anand, passed away at her home in suburban Mumbai. Her manager says she had a heart attack. She was 84 years old. Sushma died in the Pali Hill area of Bandra on Sunday. Though she was not feeling well because of her old age, she did not have any serious health problems. She was supposed to eat her lunch and was going to sit on the chair when she accidentally fell. Her maid and son Vaibhav quickly approached her and attempted to communicate, but she did not answer. They quickly took her to the Holy Family Hospital. The doctors said she died of a heart problem. Kukko Shivpuri from Ketnav Studio told a news agency. Tabu and Kiran Kumar visited her home to pay their respects. Sushma’s husband, who was also called Goldie Anand, was well-known for movies like “Teesri Manzil”, “Jewel Thief”, and “Kala Bazaar”.
