
Mumbai, August 28: Sushma Anand, the wife of filmmaker Vijay Anand, died at her home in suburban Mumbai. She had a cardiac arrest and she was 84 years old. Her manager confirmed that she passed away at her residence in the Pali Hill area of Bandra. Although she was feeling a little unwell due to her old age, she did not have any specific health problems. She was supposed to eat her lunch and was going to sit on the chair when she accidentally fell. Her house helper and son, Vaibhav, ran to her and tried to talk to her, but she didn’t answer. They quickly took her to Holy Family Hospital. The doctors said she was dead and that she died from a heart problem. Kukko Shivpuri, the manager of Ketnav Studio, told PTI.
