In his debut address at the 51st gathering of the Governors and Lieutenant Governors (LGs) at the Rashtrapati Bhavan here today, President Ram Nath Kovind declared that Constitution creators had visualized Governors as “companion, rationalist and guide” to individuals and the state legislatures.
Asking the Governors and the LGs to give most extreme opportunity to their states and make exuberant associations with general society, the President urged them to stay focused on individuals’ government assistance.
