Markets stayed shut in a large portion of parts of Jaipur on Thursday following a bandh call given by a worker’s guild and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad to challenge the new killing of a designer in Udaipur.
Elaborate security game plans had been made considering the bandh, authorities said, it were excluded to add that crisis administrations.
“The bandh is fruitful. Every one of the business sectors are shut,” a VHP pioneer guaranteed.
Kanhaiya Lal, a designer, was killed on Tuesday by two men who had posted recordings online that said they were avenging an affront to Islam.
The occurrence set off stray instances of viciousness in Udaipur and check in time was braced in seven police headquarters region of the city.
