Congress general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala on Wednesday asserted that the justification behind the cancellation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Ferozepur was an absence of people and not a security breach. Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) boss Jagat Prakash Nadda prior supposed that the Congress-drove Punjab government attempted “every single imaginable stunt” to abandon the top state leader’s program “dreading a reverberating loss” in the impending Assembly surveys.
