NEW DELHI : Ahead of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 125th birth commemoration on January 23, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reported that an excellent sculpture of the incredible political dissident will be introduced at India Gate “as an image of India’s obligation to him”.
