With only three days to go for Phase 1 of gathering races, the fight for western Uttar Pradesh escalated on Monday, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi again assaulting BJP’s principle rival Samajwadi Party on rule of peace and law during its standard and its “phony Samajwaad”.
